The person behind RESET:breathe fitness is set to launch the RESET:breathe journal.
Fitness leader Tracey Gairns Brioux said her newest offering is a compilation of all things “feel good”.
The hardcover journal, written by Gairns Brioux with cover art by P.E.I. artist Emily Howard, is described as a keepsake with a purpose.
“Everyone was born with the right to live their life feeling the best they absolutely can, but sometimes we just forget how,” said Gairns Brioux, who has been in the fitness and wellness industry for more than two decades and has been recognized with several business and wellness awards and grants in recent years.
The RESET:breathe journal is a supportive tool to guide and celebrate users on their path.
Each day readers will be asked to track the things that contribute to feeling great with top priorities being sleep, energy, movement and gratitude. The journal closes with challenges and blank pages.
The journal is now available for sale on the RESET:breathe website and is available where books are sold, including the Bookmark.
