Summerside man pleads guilty to multiple charges

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – Allan Joseph Gallant, 48, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to theft of gas from a local station, valued at less than $5,000, two counts of breaching his probation and three counts of failing to attend court as required.

The charges are from between November 2017 and June 2018.

Gallant was sentenced to serve four months in jail, 24 month of probation and must pay $600 in victim surcharges.
